When your baby or babies are in the NICU, it can be extremely tough emotionally for you and for your family, and it can be very scary not knowing what to expect or how things will turn out. Your baby’s condition can change quickly, and the treatments might change too. Most parents feel unprepared for facing decisions that they might need to make about their little one in the NICU. Deciding to limit or stop intensive care for your baby is heart-breaking.
